On March 5th, the Women’s Council on Energy and Environment (WCEE) honored Paula as a champion of women.

"Paula received this award simply because she stood out on so many levels. She is the consummate professional, both in terms of her leadership qualities and her business skills. Perhaps, most importantly, Paula received this award for the kindness and generosity she shows her colleagues – when no one is watching." - Alice Grabowski, President of WCEE

"Mentoring others is one of my everyday passions and being recognized by WCEE is an absolute honor. This recognition reflects the importance of supporting the work of others and encouraging them to succeed. It gives me great personal satisfaction knowing that I am promoting a culture of mentorship at CPS Energy, as well as broadly in the energy and environmental industries. Mentoring and developing others is crucial to ensure our upcoming talented people continue to grow and evolve." - Paula Gold-Williams, President & CEO, CPS Energy
